Randall K. Mullins, formerly of West Virginia, graduated
with BA Degree from Marshall University in 1982 and Capital
University Law School in 1985. He was admitted to both the South
Carolina Bar and United States District Court in 1986. He has
practiced law in the Horry County Area since 1986. Randy is a
member of the Horry County Bar Association, South Carolina Bar
Association, and the South Carolina Association of Criminal
Defense Lawyers. He is certified as an arbitrator, as well as a
certified Family/Divorce Mediator
with the South Carolina Council for Conflict Resolutions. He is
also certified to serve as counsel on death penalty cases. He is
active in the local community with the Leukemia Association and Coast of Carolina Parrothead
Club.

Jarrod Ownbey,
formerly of Spartanburg, SC. Graduate of the University of South Carolina, and graduate of Appalachian School of Law in 2006. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association as well as the Horry County Bar Association. He is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association as well as a member of Phi Alpha Delta Society.

Kathy
W. Jacobs, formerly from North Carolina, has been with Mullins Law Firm as a Legal Assistant since 1995. Kathy has approximately 23 years experience in the Horry county area in the legal profession. Kathy handles all of our domestic files, probate files, and general sessions criminal files. She also has experience in civil litigation, appeals and homeowners’ association collections. Kathy is an authorized Ombudsman for the witness of Living Wills in the State of South Carolina.

Rachel C. Mullins,
originally
from North Carolina, graduated from the ABA approved Paralegal
program at Horry-Georgetown Technical College in 1999, where she
received an Associates Degree in Public Service Technology and
Legal Assistant/Paralegal. Rachel began working in the legal
field in 1998. Rachel currently handles all of our real estate
closings.

Tammy S. Jordan, formerly from North Carolina, graduated from Robeson Community College in 1990 where she received an Associates Degree in Secretarial Science and attended Fayetteville Technical College in the ABA approved Paralegal curriculum. Tammy has approximately 17 years experience in the legal profession. Tammy handles all of our common pleas cases, magistrate’s court cases, collections, personal injury, incorporations, magistrate court criminal and traffic ticket files. She also has experience in probate and foreclosures.

Sabrina A. Rick, originally from Los Angeles, California, has a Legal Secretarial Degree from the University of South Carolina. She has been with the Mullins Law Firm since 2004 and has been in the legal profession for 6 years. Prior to working in the legal profession she has fifteen years business experience. Sabrina is one of our Real Estate Paralegals.

Trina D. Ward, formerly from North Carolina has recently joined our firm as a Legal Assistant. Trina has over 20 years experience in the legal profession handling criminal cases, personal injury cases, construction cases, estates, incorporations and appeals as well as other types of civil litigation.

Jann Maples, formerly from New York, has been with our firm for 5
years. She is our Office Manager and handles all of the company's accounting.
Jann has over 23 years experience in accounting, and previously owned and operated her own accounting business in New York.
