Randall K. Mullins, formerly of West Virginia,
graduated with BA Degree from Marshall University in 1982 and Capital University Law School in 1985. He was admitted to both the South Carolina Bar and United States District Court in 1986. He has practiced law in the Horry County Area since 1986. Randy is a member of the Horry County Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, and the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is certified as an arbitrator, as well as a certified Family/Divorce Mediator and Certified Guardian Ad Litem with the South Carolina Council for Conflict Resolutions. He is also certified to serve as counsel on death penalty cases. He is licensed in Federal District Court for South Carolina and the Fourth Circuit of Appeals. He is active in the local community with the
Coast of Carolina Parrothead
Club.

Jarrod Ownbey,
formerly of Spartanburg, SC. Graduate of the University of South Carolina, and graduate of Appalachian School of Law in 2006. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association as well as the Horry County Bar Association, since 2007. He is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association as well as a member of Phi Alpha Delta Society. Additionally he has recently been admitted into the Federal District Court of South Carolina, as well as the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. His primary areas of practice are Real Estate, Foreclosures prosecution and defense, and civil litigation.

Kimberly
Moore was born and raised in the Myrtle Beach area and
attended Coastal Carolina University as well as Horry Georgetown Tech, with studies in Criminal and History. She has been a Civil Litigation Paralegal since 2002. She is currently handling civil litigation and personal injury cases.

Barbara Ostrom relocated to Myrtle Beach in
2005 from Maryland. A former Real Estate Agent, she attended Horry Georgetown Tech paralegal
studies, graduating in 2009. She is currently working in our Criminal
Department, and assisting in civil litigation as well.

Jill Tuck, originally from Saratoga Springs, New
York, graduated from Adirondack Community College and Russell Sage Albany
with a BS degree in Criminal Science. She worked as s Criminal Investigator with the Saratoga County District Attorneys Office for 12 years, specializing in women and child abuse cases. She was employed with the United States Bankruptcy Court for 3 years in New Jersey. She moved to Horry County in 2004. She also has over 15 years experience in the real estate and mortgage closing industry. She recently received training in the Family court and Divorce field to extend her experience as a paralegal. She is now heading our Family and Divorce Department.

Liz Bryant, originally from Columbia, South Carolina, graduated from Clemson University in 1991 where she earned a BA in Political Science. Liz has been a Real Estate Paralegal in the Myrtle Beach area since 1996. Liz currently handles all of our real estate closings.

Jann Maples, formerly from New York, has been with our firm
since 2001. She is our Office Manager and handles all of the company's accounting.
Jann has over 23 years experience in accounting, and previously owned and operated her own accounting business in New York.
